As predicted, the market returned to competitive conditions.Competition increased from 1.0 to 1.3 average offers per new contract, with 44% of deals coming in above list price compared to zero the previous week.
Buyers shifted back toward traditional inspection approaches. Only 25% waived inspections entirely, down from 44% during the holiday period.
69% of offers at or above list confirms competitive dynamics returned, next week should be telling in regards to the remainder of summer
